It is excellent all around; from the cabins, the staff service and of course, the fishing. Lots and lots of walleye, and you catch them in a variety of ways....bait, plastic jig, trolling, casting, drifting, you name it. When you are tired of that, hit the shoreline and cast for pike. Lots of action all day long. It's a really cool drive up there, seeing the small towns, miles and miles of wilderness and all kinds of wildlife. Great fishing lake. Very remote. We hardly saw anyone else while fishing on this 18 mile long lake. Cabins are first rate. I stayed in Cabin 2. Great instructions from outfitter on where to fish. J.C. (the owner) and the entire staff were attentive and very helpful. We had a pretty serious accident to one of our trip members and they were very concerned and extremely helpful.
