The river flows into the Gouin Reservoir. Specifically, the Nemio River is between Baie du Nord and Baie de l’Est . The Gouin Reservoir is 3500 square miles of water and famous for its outstanding walleye and northern pike fishing in Quebec. The Gouin Reservoir is not a far boat trip from Nemio River Outfitter.
Accommodations
Nemio River Outffiter cottages have propane stoves, new electric refrigerators with freezers, electricity, central water, interior washroom, and showers. They have a 3 star rating by the Federation of Quebec Outfitters.
Their rental boats are nice Princecraft 16′ V boats with 15hp motors.
Packages and Rates
Their deluxe fishing package is a Housekeeping Plan packages and includes the cabin, boat and motor. It costs $105 CDN per day. You can add delicious meals for just another $37 CDN per day. They are more than willing to customize a package based on your needs.

JSDX has stayed at Nemio Outfitters several times. He provides great articles about his stay on his site. They are an enjoyable read and very informative about the experience you can expect at Nemio.
Excellent fishing and location. Great value, the owners are first class and will make sure you have a successful trip. The american plan is worth it, leaving you more time for fishing. Lots of classic walleye water to fish, rocky points, narrows and current areas and the river gives lots of protection from the weather.
