  • Oswego County Fishing Reports - Oswego County offers some great fishing. The Tourism Bureau puts up biweekly fishing reports. The reports cover the Oswego River, Lake Ontario, Little Salmon River, Salmon River, Oneida Lake and Sandy Pond.

  • New York has great fishing and Lake Ontario can provide a lot of fun as a fishing trip destination. Oswego County Promotion and Tourism has a nice basic overview of Lake Ontario. The site includes a description of the fishery, a list of general hot spots, favorite lures, special regulations, tips and a basic map of the area.

  • St. Lawrence County Angler’s Guide - Information on locations on the St. Lawrence including Chippewa Bay, Morristown, Ogdensburg, Waddington and Massena. They also include some maps of fish locations. I believe the maps are a bit dated but still should give you an idea of some potential hot spots.
  • Visit Thousand Islands Virtual Tour Guide - Informational site with lots of good stuff including regional maps, business directory, and information on fishing. You can also request a DVD from the site. They cover both the Canadian and American sides of the river.
