When your standing on the beach on kesagami (boat launch) look south and you will see a large island about three or four miles away along the western shore, try the south eastern corner of the island about 50 yards off shore. Just troll it slow. There is a reef on the east point of the island and when you come around the point be ready. If there is a little bit of wind that is best. The big pike wait for the baitfish to get rolled around the point, south of there is another big bay, I think it’s called hour glass bay (because of it’s shape) that is also a real good place. Just south of the path ( that brings you from Partridge to kesagami) there is an osprey’s nest along the lake edge, between the nest and the next point south on the shoreline we caught some really nice pike, between 8 and 13 lbs. I believe we caught 7 of them in one afternoon.
